Originally hailing from the Chicago suburbs, I recently graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with a BSE degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering, along with certificates in Engineering Biology and Asian American Studies. At Princeton, my research investigated the mechanical basis for elongation of the airway epithelium in the developing mammalian lung. Additionally, I completed internships in process development of small-molecule pharmaceuticals with Merck and upstream manufacturing of placental-derived cellular immunotherapies at Celularity Inc. In the Truskey Lab, I plan to leverage the tissue-engineered blood vessel platform to better understand the progression of Progeria and evaluate possible treatments for the disorder. In my free time, I enjoy working out, spending time outdoors, and drinking coffee
