Leandro Choi

Associate-in-Research
I am a former Duke BME undergraduate senior (Class of 2022) from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I joined the Truskey Lab during my sophomore year, and I am currently working with induced pluripotent stem cells. The current goal is to determine the expression of key genes during ETV2-induced endothelial cell differentiation.
During my time at Duke, I have been involved as a volunteer tutor for high school students in the Emily K Center and as a DukeEngage participant in 2019 where I went to South Korea to teach English in educational facilities for North Korean refugees and migrant communities. In my free time, I like to play soccer and watch movies.
